Nuriko is the guy who got me hooked on FY, so he's going to stay as my number one favorite in FY. You see, at first I thought he was a "she", and when I learned it's not so, I was determined to do some research and the rest is history. As I learned more about the series, I found myself liking Nuriko more and more as a person, not just for his appearance. He is a very supportive friend and is proud of his duty as a Suzaku Shichiseishi. He is willing to sacrifice his own happiness to see those he loves to be happy. To me, that's the greatest sacrifice anyone can give. Nuriko has been giving out support all through FY, and now it's my turn to support him.

As I started to see more of FY, I began to notice the other characters. Tasuki is the comical factor in FY, and it's very obvious FY would not be the same without him. He's good looking alright, but not in the way the other characters are. With Tasuki, it's something more... something that cannot be explained with words. You have to feel this attraction as you follow the FY storyline. Tasuki has his tough moments, but deep down, he's a big softy. AND a greater singer to top that. He says he hates women, but we all know that women love him. *smiles*

I have to admit that the twins were the least of my concern as I first started my obsession with FY. Mainly because I was paying more attention to the Suzaku Shichiseishi. After I began to re-read/watch the manga/anime, I found the Seiryuu Twins to be very interesting. Their story is a sorrowful one, and although I found their final outcome a fitting one, I couldn't help but drop some tears. There are some people out there who condemns what Suboshi had done, and I'm not going to justify his actions. But with a deep forgiving heart, one can never hurt to try to understand why he did those things.

Ahh~ now the kawaii little monk! Who would have thought that Chichiri is the oldest of all the Suzaku Shichiseishi? Well, I guess you can say by his maturity level? My first impulse to join Chichiri's club is because he's just way too adorable! I've always loved his SD forms... and then...in the OVAs... wow... Chichiri's a hunk! =P

I don't really like Hotohori because he doesn't have much of a personality due to lack of character development. Still, his vanity can be really funny at times and he IS gorgeous...

Yuuhi is...Tasuki's reincarnation! Or so I believe. He's the main reason why I started reading Ayashi no Ceres... kinda like how I started FY with Nuriko. Yuuhi's just so fine and kind and supportive and *satisfied sigh* pure wonderful. Ohh~ did I mention that he's a great cook and he uses chopsticks as his weapon? Yuuhi's just so awesome! ^O^

How should I say this... I think at first I was drawn to Duo because his braid reminds me so much of Nuriko.  I like GW mainly for its fanfiction and doujinshi, and since those mainly focus on Duo, I am left with a strong impression of him.  Then I watched the anime series and the Endless Waltz OVA...and all I can do is scream at the TV for how little screen time Duo actually has in the anime. I can't even begin to describe Duo and the complexity I love so much about him, so I won't even try.

...well, I guess opinions do change eventually.  I'm beginning to realize how annoying Duo can get and, believe me, it's NOT a happy experience.  I still like reading fics about him though and those doujinshi pics ARE awfully nice and drool-worthy.  Hmmm... I guess I'll give him another chance. ^^;;;
