Gohee Hiruma A former student of Kaoru's father, Gohee now seeks revenge on Kenshin for injuring his only other working hand {Kaoru's father injured the other one}. He is determined to use any means or people necessary to get back at Kenshin. Kanryuu Takeda A corrupt Yakuza, Kanryuu used the Oniwabanshuu to protect him as he made millions from selling drugs and illegal weapons. His fatal mistake was capturing Megumi which lead to his demise as Kenshin rectified the situation. Raijyuuta Isurugi A lost samurai who is determined to setup his own form of government by enlisting the help of samurais like him who can't let go of the their past. His techinque uses air pressure to send waves through the air that act as an extension of his blade. Tanishi Tanishi is the leader of the local Yakuza that used Yahiko to pickpocket for them. Once Kenshin cleared up the situation for him, Tanishi was quick to give Yahiko up. Gasuke Gasuke works for Tanishi and was brave enough to stand up to Kenshin. However his limited skill was revealed when Kenshin easily dismissed him sending his head into the roof with a quick strike. Needless to say Gasuke had nothing to say after that, it's unclear if he was even conscience after that. Ujiki A corrupt cop that with the help of fellow cops harrassed the local people. That was until he hurt Yahiko, that is when Kenshin took charge and put him back in his place. Kamikio Nagao A Yakuza that was using Tsubame to help them rob and steal. With a little help of Kenshin and Sanosuke, Yahiko took care of him and made good infront of Tsubame. Raikou A fake doctor/con artist that used Megumi to scam the rich people in the area into paying him to treat their illness with his fake godly treatments. Hachisuka He works for Raikou and was one of many that thought they could keep the scam going. Too bad for them all that Kenshin had something to say about it. Toumo Sakaki An killer that can't change his ways, he was lost in the past were killing was acceptable. However times have changed and he can't let go of his past life. Gengo One part of a "killers for hire" group that were hired by Gohee Hiruma to dispose of Kenshin. Tetsukan Teamed with Gengo, Tetsukan tried to kill Gohee but was unsuccessful like all those before him. Arundo Akamotsu A mercenary that was used by Saitoh Hajime to distract Kenshin. Unfortunately for him, he was too nosy and Saitoh decided he had used up his usefullness.
