About Me:

I have been an online addict since December, 1995:) I spend a lot of time in AOL's TalkWomen area.

Elsewhere online, I read and post on dozens of message boards and attend several chats on a multitude of subjects.

In my "real" life, I'm a Project Administrator for a major computer software, consulting and technology firm, and am slowly but surely becoming a total "computer geek".

One of my favorite interesting real-life experiences was auditioning for Ringling Bros. Clown College. Even though I can now be classified officially as a "Clown College Reject", the experience itself was so much fun, I'd do it again! I live in NYC, with my three feline roommates, Max, Trouble and Ziggy.

I also love to sing, and have an extensive collection of tapes and CDs ranging from Gregorian Chants to Glenn Miller to Hootie and the Blowfish.

I am also an all-around volunteer, and belong to organizations such as my neighborhood watch program, the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and I'm an Associate Member of my local V.F.W. Post.

"Some Neat Quotes...

"To others, we are not ourselves, but a performer in their lives cast for a part we do not even know that we are playing"
Elizabeth Bibesco

"The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams."
Eleanor Roosevelt

"Harmlessness is much more than not being able, willing or ready to harm someone. Harmlessless is much more than being a wimp, it is having the capacity to be harmful...and choosing not to harm.

When you practice harmlessness, you aren't being a weak person incapable of harming others...you are in fact being a strong person, quite capable of choosing to be harmful...and making a deep, congruent decision to not do that."
David A. Burnet

"If one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours."
Henry David Thoreau
