MPD Related Links
I am fortunate to be able to count among my friends some very wonderful folks who are MPD, who have been patient and willing to teach me what I know.

[Pansies] AOL ONLY - Women Living With MPD: A resource and information area in AOL's Women's Network that was created for the AOL MPD community.
[Pansies] Mosaic Minds: This is one of the best sites I've seen for those who are MPD and their friends. This site has loads of information, support boards for both multiples and supportive others, and links to other sites. Definitely a "must-see".
[Pansies] The Gathering Place: Another great site with information and links concerning MPD.
[Pansies] Multiple Personality Disorder: Information about MPD.
[Pansies] Our Present Darkness: This is a totally amazing site created by 2 multiple systems, to help people to understand what living multiple is really like, as opposed to the common portrayal in the media. Also contains a good list of resource links for those who are MPD.
[Pansies] Rainbow House: Another really great site devoted to Dissociative Disorders.
[Pansies] Sidran Foundation: One of the leading associations for MPD/DID research and info. An excellent resource as far as information. They also provide referrals to therapists specializing in MPD/DID.
[Pansies] The International Society for the Study of Dissociation: This non-profit organization is dedicated to the study of dissociation, and educating professionals and others.

[Petunia] Now is Not Forever - A Survival Guide: This is an, interactive suicide survival guide. Even if it did nothing else, it helps you focus on taking positive steps, and may help you get through it until you can get in touch with a trusted friend or therapist.
[Petunia] Secret Shame: One of the largest and best resource and information sites on self-injury.
[Petunia] Ways of Getting Through: This page contains suggestions for getting through crisis periods without self-harming.
