The following criteria should be met:


  • Personal Homepages only .. No businesses please!

  • Loading speed of webpages should be quick

  • Site should be appealing to the eye, i.e. color schemes, format

  • No overuse of gif animation (including blinking text)

  • Text should have no typos or spelling errors

  • Navigation should be easy and clear to follow

  • Absolutely NO pornography or adult sites or links to them!

  • No stealing bandwidth!!! If I find it, I won't look any further.

  • All links should be functional

  • Speaking of links .. I don't want a site that is full of links .. I want the site to have personality! *Your* personality!

    • Basically, I'm not hard to please. If you know you've done a good job and put a lot of work into your site, and feel as though you'll *never* get finished, then it probably is a site that others will want to visit!

    Just a hint, if you don't sign my guestbook, you don't stand a chance! *laugh*

    I will have a link on this page to all award winners.  I will also check back on your site from time to time to make sure the site is still maintained.
