Charity: Well, you never know, Snape might have a stash of barbies, too. He still might. The perv.

Tessa: Yes. In absence of Prof. McGonagall he tried to make up for never going out with her by buying a large stash of Malibu Stacy. Maybe that's why he's a teacher. *shudder*

Charity: Huh?

Tessa: lol. I meant that he wants Prof. MG, but he can't have her because she only goes for older, more mature, less evil guys.

Charity: Eeeewwww..... *closes/eyes/and/tries/to/ward/away/nasty/images* *shudders*

Tessa: lol. Sorry Charity- couldn't help it.

Charity: Yeah right, you got pleasure out of that! Sicko.

Tessa: Got pleasure out of what? Telling you about how Snape whats MG? Not really! I think it's gross and disturbing, but funny, too. Don't you? lol.

Charity: lol. (We're straying off subject....) Anyway, Snape has an interesting character. I think he is this cruel and evil due to his past. He probably went through some challenging times.

Tessa: Yeah. Even though this is really cliche, I think he's got an interesting part to play. *covers eyes and cowers* What? It's true! Snape is trying to come off as this totally evil guy, but really? He's a softy. Personally, I think he's bitter because of the irony Harry presents to him. Personally, I'm betting that he had a secret cursh on Lily, and James got her. Why Shape hates the Potters, right there. And don't laugh; poor Severus gets enough taunting. *wink*

Charity: Ha! (It's Hermione who gets taunted, btw.)
Anyway, that is a good point. But I am thinking that Severus was a mini Malfoy. He and Lucius were probably best friends; a Ron/Harry kind of thing. Severus probably wanted to be better than James.
Plus, Snampe was probably a Malfoy case; going home and being beaten and playing with his barbies. Also, during the dark times, he and Lucius were probably worshipping Volemort. Whe that ended, he had nothing. *sniggers- no Lily or Minerva- sniggers*

Tessa: Explains the bitterness............. But all I have to say is- POOR LILY! j/k.
I'm starting to wonder what Snape's home life was like. It always seemed to me that you'd have to be pretty dim to hang out with a Malfoy. *wink, giggle*

Charity: You know what I just thought of?

Tessa: Well, duh.

Charity: Perhaps, Snape might have been a mudblood! At home, he could have been beaten because he was doing what his parents thought was evil. Then, he was associated with the Dark Lord, and was outcast forever!
How he got into Slytherin, I can't really say. Perfaps some cooky realationship to Salazar through a distant cousin or something.

Tessa: Yeah. Or maybe he asked, like Harry? And then never told anyone?

Charity: Yeah, except he was supposed to be in Gryffindor, but wanted to be an almighty wizard and be with his friend Lucius, so he asked for Slytherin!

Tessa: Yeah! That sounds so plausable... Just like Harry asked to be in 'anything but Slytherin' and Snape said "please, Slytherin"!!!! And he never told Lucius- it fits! He;s muggle born!

Charity: Hahahahaha! If I were Harry & Ron, I'd tell all of Hogwarts, but still, out of respect.... considering the now current situation....

Editor's note: Charity here... Hope you are enjoying these so far.... I wanted to mention on the whole paper thing- we went through a total of 8 notebooks. I mean, Tess used paper for other classes, but all in all- that's a lot of paper. As of 16 June 2003, we have a total of 73 pages of notes. You should cry for me, as I had to type them all. =)...*
