| On the night before field day the whole of the contingent spent the night at Ballykinler taking part in EXERCISE GREEN HACKLE - a patrolling exercise in which the contingent was split in 3 |
| platoons. Platoons 1 and 2 had the joy of sleeping out in bashers, whilst platoon 3 (the enemy) were lucky enough to get to sleep inside! Not that it really made that much of a difference as no one got much sleep due the fact there was a dawn attack scheduled for the early hours.
