Welcome! We are glad you stopped by. Chicago CHARGE is the NCFCA speech and debate club in the western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. Our club is comprised of numerous homeschool speech and debate competitors in Junior High and High School. Resolutions for 2004-2005 NCFCA Debate:

Team Policy: Resolved: That the United States should change its energy policy to substantially reduce its dependence on foreign oil.

Lincoln-Douglas Value: Resolved: The restriction of civil rights for the sake of national security is justified.

Congratulations to the 2005 Nationals Qualifiers!  We know you will represent us well in San Diego!  21 Students have qualified in 54 events setting a new CHARGE record!  Details are in the awards section.
