Chicago CHARGE has one of the best staff teams in the country.  The leadership of CHARGE also equips parents to become coaches and critics in order to diversify the coaching advice given to our students.

CHARGE also has a student leadership team who assist with the training of new students.  The student leaders as well as the "varsity" portion of the club coordinate special events such as the Novice Tournament to assist novice debaters in gaining proficiency.
