Outside of Maple Leaf Gardens was the last time I saw Owen. The wrestler seen with him in this photo (Adam Bomb) was on the card as well. This never before seen, and rare photo is of the two in the ring. I've always admired all the Hart brothers, and truly felt sorry for the entire family after his death. I refuse to comment on the then W.W.F as if I have nothing good to say...then I'd rather say nothing at all.
Regarding this photo, I personally find it amusing because Adam Bomb is sticking his tongue out at Owen who at this angle seems perplexed at the redness of it!
I also personally believed Owen was too quiet and too good a wrestler to be a heel in wrestling. His personality in and out of the ring is missed and that shows he was more well liked than he was hated as a heel. |
