Early this year, when I was sitting in DP having coffee with TV. Someone new to Hatyai came and look for TV, so as usual we sit and TCSS also lim kopi for a while. Then as usual it is Farm Visiting for this new Visitor, and without making up his mind TV bring him back to DP to think about it. After considering for a while, he make up his mind so ask TV to get the OKT over to talk about it. When he wanted to confirm and ask about the price, the OKT say in Thai "Sorng Phun". At this point TV just jump in and tell that person 2500 Baht the normal price. I believe my thai language level can definitely understand "Sorng Phun" as 2000 Baht in Thai, so I do not know what is the extra 500 Baht for? And the deal was sealed at 2500 Baht, this is what I encounter personnally. Regret I cannot say anything at that time, because I really do not know this new person.
So it up to you to say what is the 500 baht for.
