Synchronicity rocks...
The synchronicity behind their relationship was quite evident.  The board of the Literary Society, an org which Ganns founded, for instance, was right beside the Psych Circle, and Caths was studying Psychology.  Another time, Caths and Ganns were stunned to learn that both referred to Ateneo's Meron Lagoon as Loch Ness, both products, apparently, of vivid imaginations.
"Caths brings out the best in me," Ganns says, "I want to be a better man for her because we're so alike and, yet, so very different."
Nature takes its course...
After about three months, Ganns was decided that she was the woman whom he wanted to spend the rest of his life with (or at least, until dinnertime).  Overcome with emotion, he planned rather haphazardly and asked her to love him on September 12, 1998, at her house a day before one of Cathy's major exams.
"I think I love you," he blurted out.
"Oh no!" Caths said, "not now!"
     "Well..." Ganns stuttered.
"No, it's okay," she replied, regaining her lost composure.  "I think I do, too."  And the deal was sealed with what was probably the sweetest, most unbelievable kiss they would ever know.
Coincidentally, she did really well with the test.
The first year...
