Skyline: A shooting star passes over the skyline.

Plot: Martin's supervisor is making him work the late shift after Martin refuses to date his supervisor's sister. Martin gets out of bed one afternoon and turns on the TV, where TV celebrity Dr Phil McGraw is on. He's doing a special in Seattle. Martin tells Frasier "his friend" is on, and Frasier explains to Daphne that he knows Dr Phil from some seminars they both attended many years ago.

When Roz finds out that Frasier knows Dr Phil, she insists he take her to meet him, and when they arrive at the State Theater (where Phil is doing his specials from) they find out that Bebe is Phil's new agent!

Bebe wants to get Frasier back as a client and lure her but not actually "cross the line". However Bebe has other ideas, and invites Frasier to her hotel room where a choir from the room below, the smoke from her bathroom and the black dress she's wearing make Frasier think he's in hell! Later Bebe manages to get Frasier back by saying she could do for him what she's done for Dr Phil, and he once again becomes her client. But later on it turns out Bebe never worked for Phil - he owed her money and was repaying her by playing along to her scheme.

Meanwhile Niles and Daphne spot an old couple in Cafe Nervosa and wonder if they'll be like that in their old age. Hopefully not, because "Old Niles" is married - but not to "Old Daphne".....

Subtitles: If At Faust You Don't Succeed...; 3.15am; 4.20am; 5.25am; 5.29am.

Martin knows..... his supervisor who wants him to date his sister. Martin refuses and as such is put on the late shifts...

Where Everybody Knows Your Name: A mention of Lilith when Dr Phil asks how she is. Frasier then tells him they've been divorced for 10 years. This suggests that Frasier and Phil knew each other during the "Cheers days"

Trivia: Gertrude Moon makes her shortest appearance to date, and we learn she is still working at Cafe Nervosa. Bebe is back, with another of her little schemes, and we see her hotel room number is 666! Niles mentions when Frasier slept with Bebe in Ep 46 "Agents In America, Part 3", and there are also mentions to events in Ep 196 "Junior Agent" and Ep 208 "Frasier Has Spokane" - we learn in this episode that Bebe has cost Frasier the Spokane job. There is also an indirect mention of Frasier's (now ex) agent Portia as Bebe says she called her about Frasier. And this is also the second episode in a row where we meet an old friend of Frasier's (Avery last episode, Dr Phil in this one!)
