"Ellie" stole our hearts in 1989, she has taken us to many Blue ribbons since coming to Hillside Acres.  She was shown in Fine Harness for 5 years before becoming our broodmare.  She loves her babies and raising them.  She gives her offspring the same heart and attitude she posses, the very thing that makes them good show quality and family ponies.  She has offspring in Michigan,  Virginia, S. Carolina & New Mexico. She gave birth to what we consider her replacement in 2007. She had a Filly. This filly will reside at LeLanau Hackneys, in Maple City, MI.

We showed Chance in Fine Harness his first year out and then in Pleasure the second year.  He did us proud. Chance has developed into quite the bulky built pony.  We feel he will make a good Carriage Driving prospect. He is sensible and easy going to drive. We are offering him for sale, to do what his other half brothers are already doing very successfully.  He is a good size and should have no trouble pulling the Wooden cart. Check him out.  He's worth the time.
