| Our shop is located in Green Springs, Ohio. This is where we process all the Lite-Form. |

| The Lite-Form styrofoam arrives in huge bundles of 4' x 8' sheets, 2" thick. We then "process" these bundles by stripping them with a bandsaw into 8" x 8' "planks". After stripping, the planks are pushed through a saw with numerous blades inside which cut the "notches" needed for placing the ties. After this, the planks are taped together into "bundles" of twenty-two. These bundles are light and can be carried and loaded by one person. |
