We are direct descendents of the DALGETTY, ROBB, BARCLAY,SMITH, MORGENROTH AND STRATFORD families.
David Robb Dalgetty our Great Grandfather and Edith Smith Barclay our Great Grandmother immgrated to Canada from Scotland. Our Great Grandfather in 1921, our Great Grandmother in 1929. They were married May 29, 1931 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and had four children: David Alexander Robb, Joyce Helen, Norma Edith, and Robin Lee.
Frank Alfred Morgenroth our Great Grandfather was born in Wausua, Wisconsin, USA, coming to Canada either in the late 1920's or the early 1930's. Muriel Bernice Stratford was born in Maple Creek, Saskatchewan, Canada, later moving to Calgary, Alberta, Canada. They were married July 18, 1934 in Calgary, and had five children: Muriel Arlene, Beverly Ann, Gary Alfred, Gail Alice, and Donna Marie.
Our Grandparents Gary Alfred Morgenroth and Robin Lee Dalgetty were both born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. They were married July 29, 1967 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and had one daughter our mother Michelle Bernice Morgenroth.
Courtney and Jade are very proud to announce the birth of their baby brother Dillon born on February 27, 2004 at the Peter Lougheed Hospital, Calgary by their mother Michelle Morgenroth. His weight 4 lbs 12 oz height 17 inches.
Some branches of our Great Grandmothers Family Edith Smith Barclay immgrated to Australia. They are descendants of Susannah Barclay, daughter of William Barclay and Christian Law and ancestors of
Phyllis Esme Calvert.
