At last, Marks burnt up '81 YZ250H is replaced with this gleaming new/old bike. Fully restored by brother Eric, this mount is fully stock and original except for the handlebars. Nearly every nut and bolt was replaced, engine seals and top-end, new Dunlop rubber, new rear fender etc. Tank, front fender and side plates were cleaned, buffed and polished. Its ready to ride!
Our Dad Ken Johnson at the wheel of his 1949 Jaguar XK120, one of only 240 made with an aluminum body! It had a 3.5 liter straight 6 cylinder engine with dual carburetors and dual overhead cams. Thats Grandpa Ken Sr. in the right seat and this was taken in front of the Mesquits home in Santa Clara. This car was one of Dad's favorite cars of all time for which he's told countless stories of his experiences in it.
Gerrits new 2001 Ford Ranger XLT 4WD that he's been wanting for some time now. He says he can load 3 dirt bikes in the bed, I have to see this. It has all the options including automatic 4WD. Has a 4.0 Liter V6 at 215hp, 5 speed manual transmission and is in great shape. He's a happy camper now out from underneath his old Chevy S10 that constantly drained his pocketbook week after week.
A new addition to Eric's racing collection. A 1972 CZ250 hybrid racer equipped with many modern updates. This bike is a very fun machine to ride both on the track or the trail. My 17 year old beginner daughter has no problems riding this bike.
This 1969 CZ360 Sidepiper has been fully restored to showroom original standards as is now a prized heirloom of the Johnson Family. Over 100 TLC hours were put into this machine.
Dads prized Caterpillar grader, a 1927 model he restored. When he found out how much replacement tires would cost, he parked it and here it sits.
Another favorite car of Eric's. A 1967 El Camino, 396ci Turbo Jet 400 trans, factory A/C. Car was found with a blown engine for $1000. As you can see it turned out beautifully and is a great cruiser. Gas bill is pretty tough though. A cool Sunday driver ready to rock and roll.
