Heart Types We Will Examine
Current Examination
A Broken Heart:  (On our way away from the Blame Game)

"The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit:  a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise. " Ps. 51:17, KJV.

Two sacrifices acceptable to God always:
1) A broken spirit, in Hebrew is the word Shabar; meaning to shiver,  break in pieces, reduce to splinters.  God promises to hear the broken, save them, have mercy on them, deliver them from fear, deliver out of all troubles, uphold them, reward them, be a refuge for them, remember their weakness, hide them, consider them, and give them grace.

We trust Him because He is our King, Commander of deliverance who will push down our enemies; stand against those who stand against us, we totally trust in him and not our abilities.  Because there is no record of Him ever failing. History records how He shamed those who hated us, and we can make our boast in Him forever. (He rains on the just as well as the unjust) to prove to them that God provides for all creation in spite of their rebellion. But with a promise that if we continue to rebel there is a judgment. The purpose of such goodness to the unsaved is to lead them to repentance (Romans 2:4).
Prayer of Salvation

Why? Because of His divine providence. The word providence  means foresight and forethought; the care of  God over His creatures. Divine superintendence or direction for and over His creation. Foresight and forethought on the part of anybody implies a future end, a good, and a definite plan in attaining that end.  All of the promises of God reveal that he has provided for man here and now, despite the curse. We all can surrender our lives and enjoy to the fullest benefits of God, through the new birth.
