 Sept.2,2002 at his home.
A lifelong area resident, 
he was born August 31, 1949 in Jamestown, 
the son of Oscar L. and 
Helen Hedlund Samuelson. He
had been employed by
 Westburgh Electric,
and had also worked for
 a number of years
for Jerry Peterson. He
 was a member of the
Ingjald Lodge #65 Independent
 Order of
Vikings.An avid fisherman, 
In addition to his mother of 
Jamestown,
he is survived by a sister, Patricia Allen,
Clemmons, N.C.; his wife, 
Carol Samuelson, Warren, whom 
he married Nov. 7,1986; two
step-daughters, Desiree
 Sturdevant,Warren, and
Christine mith,Sheffield;
threestep-sons, Joseph and
 Anthony Engle
both of 
Warren, and John
Miller, Arizona;
 15 step-grandchildren; and
a step-great granddaughter.
He was preceded in death 
in 1959 by his
father; and a stepson,
Chuck Engle.
