Things I take I take B 12 Liquid B Complex 4 oz Aloe Vera Juice 1 or 2 times a day 2 glucosamine with MSN ,for my bad knee also for your hair and nails 2 Vitamin Ester-C 1000 Mg 1 Vitamin E 2 25,000 Iu Beta-Carotene (Vitamin A) 1 Lutein 20 Mg (helps dry burning and irritated eyes) 4 maxivision 2 1200 mg Red Yeast for cholesterol I drink a lot of tea ,,I make it in a coffee pot then put it a crock pot and keep it hot 24/7 ,, it is green, black , and lot of herb tea like Bilberry , Milk Thistle , Echinacea ,and others The doctors did not give me much hope of my vision coming back but my vision is better as every year goes bye, In the fall of 2005 I had a cataracts removed ,, I am close to being legal to drive ,. My vision was 20/200 in Nov 2005 and now 20/100 (read this )APPLE CIDER VINEGAR CURES , I started taking it 13th April 06,,(take it hit and miss) It is hard to hack , I put a couple oz in a cup with a oz or more of honey and some cinnamon then fill it up with hot tea ,, I have not taken it for long but my blood pressure is holding better ,, I hope it will help me lose some more weight will up date in a couple weeks ,I have started taking Red Yeast Rice for cholesterol was 246 in Dec 2005 was 171 in April 2006 I am still taking it because I stopped for a while and my cholesterol ,, my son in law cooks to many hot dogs I need your prays Thank You Bill Anderson Sr |
