[about] Ja, or Lia is twenty-one, bespectacled and shy. She life can be quite a bummer sometimes. Well, not life. Just Reality. She speaks English, French and Mandarin (but can't read it to her great despair), and has a passion for Japanese animation and mangas. Despite speculations, she is neither senile nor does she bite. [manga] story Shaman King is about a shaman (person who can communicate with spirits) Asakura Yoh whose basic dream is to have a cool, relaxing life ;p In order to do that, together with his spirit Amidamaru, he joins the Shaman Fight (which is said to occur every 500 yrs) in order to become the Shaman King
Thinks Cool and fun story, the anime (what little I've seen of it) is also very funny. Shaman King is a manga worth investigating into, although it unfortunately doesn't seem to be that much popular out of Japan!

Hmmm ... it would seem (at least according to the quizz results) that what you said it correct, check out what I got (especially for the the SDK quizz) XD I also though I wouldn't get over-enthusiastic watching people play tennis in an anime, guess I was wrong *grins*, I suppose the appeal lies in the diversity of bishounen characters inside XDDD
Ce-chan and Elisabeth are in Paris at this right moment ... ahhh ... lucky things *envious* Naw, Chinese New Years just right up the corner so I can't say there's nothing I'm looking forwards too *grins* Plus, Ce-chan promised to buy me back the latest volumes of HxH and Shaman King as a consolation since I can't get hold of any mangas here in Singapore! *smiles* Ahhh .... hurry up Ce-chan! *waiting impatiently*
[22/01/03] - ... don't let the bedbugs bite ... - Hah. Talk about major procrastination. I was even too lazy to upload my entry on my site *snickers* (no I don't think this is something I should actually be proud about ^^;;)
Prince of Tennis *is* a very good, exciting and filled-with-bishounen anime/manga ... even if you go from episode 2 to episode 58 ^^;; Luckily, I read up till half of the manga vol5, so it wasn't that confusing. After that, well you have tournements after tournements, and it isn't *that* hard to figure out what happened *grins*. Of course, if I could get hold of the anime (which isn't going to happen anytime soon imho), I might have an even *better* (not to say more pleasurable) understanding. Still, I can see why you enjoyed it so much and went crazy over it during the summer hols.
Oooh ... Eve changed her layout into and I'll one! Sugoi ne! Oh, and have I already told that I'm an fan of Asada-sensei's drawing style? Yes? Errrr .... ^^;;.
Ce-chan, you're doing a Naruto skin? Glad to hear it! There are too few Naruto skins lying around on the Net. Now ... when did you say you were going to post it again? ^^;; Have fun at the french anime convention you lucky thing! Tell me whether there were any good cosplayer costumes. I really *really* would like to cosplay into Sai one of these day, unfortunately, I don't have any sewing skills to save my life >.<
