On the way home we stopped at a Buryat restaurant for a traditional diner. I could get used to this stuff. The big thing tonight was a chance to try fermented mares milk, which drink they prize. It was rather like buttermilk but with a bit more bite. I’ve heard of this stuff for a long time, glad I got to finally try some.. not bad.. Dinner for three, about $15 US | ||||||||||||||||||||
