| "The Ultimate Escape", released in Sept. 2002, is female-fronted punk band Tsunami Bomb's first full-length album. This album absolutely ROCKS! It's the first album featured on this site to ever be awarded a perfect 10, because this disc is as close to perfection as you can get. Tsunami Bomb mixes punk, harcore, emo and pop-punk to make these creepy, hallowe'en-esque tracks. Agent M has such versatility to her vocals that she makes every song so different and unique, and of course the guys rock these incredible guitar and drum lines that just make you want to mosh your little head off. If you buy any album this year, you MUST buy this one. |
| Track List TAKE THE REINS RUSSIAN ROULETTE--classic TB with creepy guitar lines and SAY IT IF YOU MEAN IT--quite possibly the best song on this disc, absolutely awesome and versatile vocals with really killer riffs ROUNDABOUT--wow, a pop-punk song that actually doesnt suck!! TOP 40 HIT 20 GOING ON...--currently my favourite song, meaningful lyrics and emo-influenced melodic guitar line THE SIMPLE TRUTH HEADLIGHTS ON A HAND GRENADE--a song about drunk driving that isn't preachy and is reminicent of the offspring COUNT ME OUT--a nice little hardcore ditty EL DIABLO IN THIS TOGETHER SWIMMING THROUGH MOLASSES |
