Once in a while I will get kids who do not have their original papers or have no Re-adoption papers provided from the sellers. Because of that, I decided to create my own adoption paper as I put the kid's new identity and birthdate on it, too. This is not the original CPK adoption paper. This is something that I desgined on my own using CPK graphics I found on the web.

If you would like to use this Birth Certificate/Adoption Paper for your kids, please let me know. Do not print it directly from the site because it will come out fuzzy and you will print the wholepage with the background on it. Please E-mail me with "CPK Adoption" as the Subject so I can send it to you as a File Attachment that you can print and view using Microsoft Word 1998-2000 Version. If you have a version older than that, the file will not be available for printing and viewing.
