Scanned from a Sentai book, this image of Rita and Zedd's wedding cake displays the Rita action figure, for, if you take a look at grnrngr's Rita prototype image, it is identical in structure and appearance, and so it must be it.

The 5.5 Rita Repulsa action figure was prototyped to be released, but was pulled off the line on account of the potential danger in the numerous points along her body, centered mainly on the bra cones. So, the closest your ever going to get to a Rita figure is a custom made doll or the squeeze light pictured below. However, created also of Rita was a 10-inch plush doll, along with Zedd and Goldar.
