Quest Starts: First floor of Lumbridge Castle
1. Talk to the cook, he will breif you on what has happened. He will
ask you to find a egg, and get some flour and milk.
 
2. Get or buy a bucket and pot, then head to the wheatfield nearby.
3. To make the flour, take the wheat, and climb up all the ladders in
the nearby windmill. Use the grain with the hopper, and then operate
the controls.
4. Go downstairs and click empty flour bin.
5. Go to the cows near Al Kharid Gate, and use the bucket with the
cow. You now have milk.
6. Go to the chickens, not far from the cows, and find an egg.

7. Go back to the cook, and you've completed Cook's Assistant!
