GENERAL
· This survey tells me that the Golf Bid Task Force is really acting in our best interest.  Keep up the good work.
· This survey should have been done by the Golf Committee – there should not be a second committee called a Task Force
· This is a golf community and the success of golf operations is critical to home values of all residents, not just golfers.
· We need customer service
· People whose homes are on the golf course should expect times when balls and golfers might be on their property.  If they don’t like it they have the right and privilege to relocate
· I am overall very satisfied, Everyone is friendly and the overall experience is good.
· There seems to be some animosity on the part of a few 18 holers toward the 9 holers which is unfortunate.  We should all try to get along and respect one another.
· Thanks for taking on this tough task.  It’s a big job and I really appreciate your efforts.
· I am happy with the current set up and fees
· Our biggest concern is that the general golf population does not realize the value being received and if that persuasion prevails, the course maintenance can only diminish.  The possibility of improvements would be a “mute” issue
· We need to be competitive with other area courses in all respects
· Since I am an annual pass holder, I am going to play at SCT almost exclusively regardless of the circumstances.  If circumstances deteriorate so that I cannot get a tee time or course conditions are very poor, I would opt to move elsewhere
· Your survey should have included the number of times played week/month, etc and evaluate the current tee time system which stinks

· I don’t really know what’s wrong with the current operation.  This is not a private country club and patrons need to understand that

· Current operations - seems to be operated for the benefit of the few at the expense of the many!!!
· Looking at the overall picture of amount of play, golf at Sun City is pretty good

· After a year in SCTx, I have been very pleased with the entire golf operations.  The personnel are very helpful and play time availability with the use of the monthly calendar is excellent

· Revalidate handicap flags periodically – require medical proof before distributing and require that each holder retain a copy of rules in their cart.  Show them the exact distance they must keep between cart and green, traps, etc. (MOST IMPORTANT)
· You have two wonderful courses – will add a third.  They will require maintenance and respect from the players
· No cell phones
· How about banning cell phones
· Availability of tee times and pace of play seem to be the hot topics among players.  Another major element is cost control.  Too much overhead.  We have stopped maintaining some areas – conditions of courses are deteriorating but cost are going up.  Don’t mind paying for what I get – would pay more to get rid of outsiders and get better tee times to play on a quality course.  This is not a country club but it could be one.
