Zhane has a fewmajor ways of contacting him within the castle. These include, Couriers , Special Couriers, Private Board Messages , and Page Boys.
Couriers can be found throughout the entire castle and are usually very easy to get a hold of, they can usually find me upon the leaving of my room.
In the event that I do not leave my room for an extended peoriod of time, Zhane has organized for a courier to deliver messages to him for urgent matters that need his attention, You can reach that COurier Here
As for posting private messages on the public boards, simply stick it in a place you know Zhane will look, he checks the boards daily, several times on many days. (ooc: PM)
