The mentors are a recently created group that have only lately been allowed to be spoken of publically. They have been in the works for several moons now and are steadily realizing a dream to become a stable organization within the lives of the Outer Bailey populace.
Specifically, the job of a Mentor is to aid and assist those after the Awakeners have performed their duties. The Mentor's job begins where the Awakener's ends. A mentor takes on one student and through the course of a moon, shows them the ropes of the castle, pointing out specifics along the way. This is really a simplistic process, and has proven to be a useful asset to those denizens who are unsure of their place in the castle.
Through friendship and guidance, the Mentors offer a stable learning environment for the Newer denizens to grow and thrive in throughout their time here in the castle.We teach them the advanced skills of courtesy and furthermore allow them to choose a path appropriate for them, and then treat them to a graduation and welcoming service at the end of the moon
If you are interested in becoming a mentor, please scroll Ser Zhane and ask for a meeting time and more information. The mentors are quite eager to accept new members on a daily basis, and encourage other guild leaders to join our ranks and help in the acclimation of new denizens.
Same thing goes for new denizens, if you are having difficulty finding your way within the castle, and aren't sure what exactly to do, simply scroll a mentor, and we'll meet with you ,ask you a few simple questions and then we can have you paired with a mentor immediately.so that you can begin your journey down the marrachian road of a new life.

Actual membership within the Mentors is split into four groups:
Honourary:, a denizen who for one reason or another cannot officially join the guild but still aids as a civilian assistant tot he cause of the Mentors.
Entry Level:A denizen who has just become a mentor and is steadily working toward his or her goals
Apprentice Mentor:A denizen Mentor, who has successfully mentored two students in his or her stead as a Mentor.
Senior Mentor: A mentor who has succesfully mentored six or more students or who has shown extra ordinary dedication and/or skill in his or her duties as a mentor.
