Solomon Mutou:
is the owner of the Game Shop where Yugi lives and is an all-around expert gamer. He is Yugi's grandfather. Not much is known about Yugi's parents, but presumably he's raising Yugi. Solomon has his own mysticism. He's been to America before and has several friends there. He has connections to Egyptian artifacts, mostly games, and has friends in universities in Japan and abroad. Who knows where else Solomon has been, or what else he has gotten in his travels? Solomon is a great player of "Duel Monsters" too. He has a special card, the "Blue Eyes White Dragon". It is claimed that it can only be used by the special person whose heart it belongs to. Seto Kaiba tried to steal it from Yugi, was sucessful in his attempt, but in the end, the heart of the card was for Yugi's grandfather. Seto couldn't use it. He cares a lot about Yugi, and perhaps that is why he gave him the "Millenium Puzzle." He knew what secrets it held, and wanted Yugi to become stronger. But stronger comes at a consequence price.

Yami Yugi: is Yugi Mutou's alter-ego! In Japanese, the word "Yami", means "Dark" in English. So Dark Yugi's spirit lives inside the Millenium Puzzle. Whenever Yugi Mutou is in danger, Yami Yugi saves the day, by allowing YuGi Mutou to transform his body into a taller guy, and posses Yami's powers, from inside the Millenium Puzzle. Yami may seem like he is evil, but in reality, he is a GOOD spirit, helping little Yugi in duels, and protecting him from danger. These 2 do combine as one, and become friends later on in the end. Yami Yugi is also the Egyptian Game King from Egypt, to whom was known as the Pharaoh (King), 5,000 years ago, until his live soul was burried within the Millenium Puzzle. Yugi must protect the Pharaoh's Power, to whoever try's to take it way. Over-all, Yami Yugi, is one winning duelist, brave, and has the courage, for believing in the heart of the cards.

Joey Wheeler: use to to be a tough bully long ago. Joey's best friend is Tristan, to whom he hangs out with the most! He and Tristan are best buddies! Joey loves to brag about fighting, and begs anyone to duel with him! Joey cares alot for his sister Serenity, who had a serious eye exam in the hospitol. He went to Duelist Kingdom with Yugi, to get the money to pay for the operation. Joey's dream was to see his sister's eye sight again, and to be together! Joey is also the real true person who helped find the last piece of Yugi's missing Millenium Puzzle.
Serenity Wheeler: Serenity is Joey's pretty younger sister. According to Joey, Serenity moved far away from him after their parents got divorced. However, Serenity has a sicness with her eye, and requires a very modern and expensive operation to save her eyesight. Without it, she will go blind. The video letter Serenity left basically said that she hadn't seen him in so long that she wanted to to send a videotape so that he would remember her face. It ALSO said that she wanted to see her older brother's face one last time.

Seto Kaiba: is rich. Stinking filthy rich. he mangages his own bank accounts, rides around in limos all the time and has an unlimited passion for "Duel Monsters." He's even arrogent enough to create the ULTIMATE gaming place, Kaiba Land! He can't live with the fact that Yugi beat him, but he realizes how Yugi changes when he starts playing. He also knows Yugi's pendent is the key. But even if you take away Yugi's pendent, he is STILL cabible of transforming into the game master! His ultimate goal is to beat Yugi, using whatever means necessary. Seto has a younger brother named Mokuba. He shares the same passion for gaming, and wants to see Yugi humiliated for messing with his brother. Since both of their parents died, and his brother and Seto were sent to an orphanage. Seto promised Mokuba to take care of him no matter what. Seto challenged the President of Kaiba Corporation, Gozaburo Kaiba, to a game of chess when he came to the orphanage to adopt. As a reward of the game, Seto and Mokuba became his adopted sons. However Gozaburo treated Seto cruelly to train his succcessor. That's why he's so cold-hearted.

Mokuba Kaiba: is Seto Kaiba's younger brother. He is also the 3rd youngest brother of the Kaiba Family. They where adopted when they where young. Mokuba does care a lot about his brother. He is the Battle City Tournament Commisinder, and he always does what his brother tells him to do. However, Mokuba does have a heart - kinda like Yugi, but unlike Seto... Mokuba is a true young lad for the love of the Kaiba Family. Mokuba does travel with Seto everywhere, and encurages him, to believe in destiny. Mokuba is sweet, cute, and a find lovable little duelist out of all Kaiba family.

Noa Kaiba: was originally the very first son of Kaiba Corporation. There isn't much info about this rarest brother, but we know that he does appear later on in Alcatraz saga. He is the President of the Big5, and would do anything to through out Seto and Mokuba. He also tried to destory Kaiba Corporation, by sending Yugi, Seto, Mokuba, and his pals to a Virtural Island World! Noa had to create this place in order to destory the Pharaoh and his friends! However, the gang does defeat all of Noa's Virtural Duelists, and finally takes back Kaiba Corp., with the help of Yugi. Noa, however was originally the Presedent's son, a long time ago, before he found out about the adoptation of Seto and Mokuba.

Gonsaburo Kaiba: Gonsaburo Kaiba, is the very first founder of Kaiba Corporation, and Presedent. Long before he addopted Seto and Mokuba, Gonsaburo was an all around Chess champion. He owns a huge mansion and company. His first birth son, was Noa Kaiba! Gonsaburo is a strong and powerful man to run the Kaiba business.

Maxmillenium Pegasus: is the main character in the "Duelist Kingdom" arc of the Yu-Gi-Oh! plot. As his name shows, he's an American. He's also a famous designer and illustrator of Duel Monsters cards. The long white haired Pegasus has covered his left eye, his secret Millenium item, the "Millenium Eye." It has the ability to scan a person's mind, which can come in handy when playing a game such as Magic & Wizards. Pegasus has a troubled history. his father was a VERY successful businessman, so he had the life of luxury. After the loss of his long-time friend and love, Cynthia, all of that was worth nothing. He then found himself in Egypt doing artwork, when he encountered the young and ever elusive Sha-di. Sha-di took the liberty of seeing into Pegasus and realized he was living his life in the past for this girl. He played on Pegasus' emotions and told him he would be able to see his beloved Cynthia again if he did what he was told. Believing in the impossible, Pegasus did it, and in the process, had his right eye removed and replaced with the Sen-nen item, the "Millenium Eye.

Tea Guardner: is a true friend of Yugi Mutou! She is also the big "cheerleader" within the group! Without Yugi's support from Tea, he would have never won! Tea loves to shop, hang out, and talk about "doing" things. She also trys to be a little pushy. Sometimes Tea loves to "get" the job done, by cheering her friends on in a duel! She hardly ever duels, but only a few times. Tea's favorite belief is the bond of "friendship." Her deck does contain mostly friendly type cards!

Weevil Underwood: is a top Duelist, and a Bug loving lad. His deck is filled with insect type cards. His favorite bug is Insect Queen, to which he uses a lot in Duelist Kingdom. However, he does enter the Battle City Finals, and trys to destroy Joey's duel. But Joey did win against Weevil, as Weevil was kicked out of the Tournament, and handed Joey his Insect Queen card. You can tell Weevil looks like a bug Duelist, by his green uniform, and his deck! You better watch out, because Weevil has the job of putting a Parasite Parasite card in anyone's dueling deck!

Duke Devilen: is the creator of the new game called: Dungeon Dice Monsters! He is also a Master of the game! Duke's dream was to meet Pegasus. Duke is Pegasus's #1 fan of Duel Monsters! Since before duel monsters was released, Duke was invited to meet Pegasus, personally! At the Duelist Kingdom, he challenged Pegasus to a game of his own, and enjoyed it. Pegasus however, did beat Duke at his own game!

Mai Valentine: is a real cowgirl Duelist! She is from America, and came to Duelist Kingdom to help out Yugi unlocking his mystery past! Mai's deck is filled with Harpie cards, and she is one tough cowgirl to beat in a Duel! She may be a girl, but her mind is pretty smart for a female Duelist. She later becomes friends with Tea, and desides to help out the Gang.

Isis Ishtar: is Marik's sister and the last qualifying person in the Battle City tournament. She gave Seto Kaiba one of the ancient God Cards, Obelisk, an ancient and powerful dragon, as a test of his ability. Her ability is being able to tell the future of any event. She predicts the order of the Battle City Tournament, but Seto proves her wrong by changing his future. Isis loves her brother, but realiZes how evil he is when the darkness consumes him. She befriends with Yugi and crew, leading her strength to Joey when Marik attacks him and giving the Millenium item she wears, the Torque, to Yugi to help him in his battles.

Marik Ishtar: is the keeper of the Millenium Rod, another Sen-nen item with tremendous power. He has a psychic ability that he shares with his sister Isis. The rod can posses a person and allows Marik to use them as puppets for his own purpose. His purpose at Battle City is to possess all of the god cards, legendary and extremely powerful cards that have their basis in ancient Egyptian legend. Marik's normal side befirends Yugi and crew under the name Nam, but they quickly found out that the fake Marik was just a puppet. He grew up in Egypt with Isis. Their father was very strict and once when he did something wrong, his father beat him and his friend Rashid. Through Sha-di, Marik took possition of the Rod and in a moment of insanity, killed his own father. Since then the darkness inside Marik has grown uncontrollably, consuming him with the desire to destory. During his battles, he nearly kills Joey, possesses Tea to use her as bait and fights a devilish game the evil consumes Bakura. He also claims that he was the Pharaoh before Yugi, but now since Yugi takes place as the rightful Pharaoh, Marik has taken revenge to take his evil place side of Egypt, under the great battle with Yugi face to face! But unfortunately, Marik was sent to The Shadow Realms, and Yugi took his rightful throne back again.

Yami Bakura: is Ryou's dark side, whom which posses evil powers from the Millenium Ring. His is one of Yami Yugi's enemies, and duels his way to take control of Yugi's Millenium Puzzle, by defeating him. However in Duelist Kingdom, Yami Bakura does hunt for other 6 items to gain control over the world. Yami Bakura's only success for having a Millenium Item, was the Millenium Eye, which he took from Pegasus, after his promise deal - to defeat Yugi. But the bet was lost, and Yami Bakura took Pegasus's Millenium Eye, and now posses, 2 Millenium Items. He never did succeeded on wining the Millenium Puzzle, or other Items. Yami Bakura is a good duelist, and good at keeping promises for taking other items, but over-all Yami Bakura is one evil guy!
