Deck Types The following is a list of deck types used all around the world.    Have a Deck and don't know what type it is? find out here by measuring your deck up to our list of deck types and rule at your deck type!

Beatdown- These Decks are based on hight attacks in the 10,000's that attack your opponent. These decks include equips and monsters that double or triple attack powers.

*New* Beatdown Version #2- This deck type is mainly so far only available for japanese duelists as it uses alot of new japanese cards. These decks work like beatdown decks like listed above but also use monsters that sacrefise themselves to increase another monsters attack.

Exodia- These Decks are based on getting all of Exodia in a limited time. Once this is done the duel is over.

Level Up- This deck type is new in America and many duelists don't consider it a deck type yet. What this deck does is sacrefises a monster with a "LV" in it's name by it's effect to Special Summon the next level of that monster. Althought the current USA monsters don't have much to back these monsters up the japanese sets have allowed level up monsters to become a big part of the duelist world.

Card Destruction- These decks run on your opponent having no cards in his/her hand and allow you to have plenty of cards in your hand. These decks have side effects thought, as there are only 3 monsters in these decks and can allow you to loose unless you play them right.

Burn- These decks allow you to inflict damage(not battle damage) to a opponents life points by a combination of cards. Some of the cards may even hurt yourself, but smart burners known how not to get burnt.

*New* Burn Version #2- This deck type is mainly so far only available for japanese duelists as it uses alot of new japanese cards. These decks work like burn decks like listed above but also use monsters that decrease their attack to allow you to not pay for cards with cost this turn.

Lock Down- These decks are based upon the popular Pods/Jar monsters that everyone hates. Ranging from simple FIber Jars to having every type of Morphing Jars and Cyber Jars. These decks can annoy you more then beat you in the end.

Stall- These decks are the ones that go on forever. To know if you are a staller you'll play every card face-down and all monsters in defense. Just waiting for the time to flip the killer combo that will allow you to win the duel. They are based on defense over attack and hopefully allowing your opponent into attacking the a surprise.

*New* Stall Version #2-This deck type is mainly so far only available for japanese duelists as it uses alot of new japanese cards. These decks work like stall decks like listed above but also use monsters that allow you to pay life points and increase the monsters defense. They also have cards that discard cards from your hand to stop damage.

Warrior- These decks are not new to america but are now the mostly used decks. They consist of all the new types of warriors to provide a painful defeat.

Warrior Chaos- This deck type isn't used by many as it doesn't usually fit together in the long run, but may be good.

Chaos- These decks were the old gameplay types for most american duelists until the banned list came out limiting what these decks could and literutly brought it's downfall.

Baby Level- Don't be fooled! These decks are actually better then they may seem as these decks are able to keep their numbers up and stop direct attacks from high monsters. These decks also have a few kill cards such as 'Law of the Normal' and 'Delta Attacker', and not to mention Ojamas.
