Brief History
Kendra was sent away to the Council by her parents who knew
of her calling. She was raised and trained by the Watchers and lived a very
mundane and by-the-book life of a slayer. She was called after Buffy
technically died at the end of season one. Kendra first came to Sunnydale
during "What's My Line? Part 1" when she was in the cargo part of a
plane. She came on orders from her Watcher to help Buffy against Spike and some
magical conjuring he was doing. She left at the end of that episode and
reappeared in "Becoming 1" to bring Buffy a sword she would need to
use against Acathla and Angelus. Kendra was killed by Drusilla at the end of
"Becoming 1" while trying to protect Willow and Xander who were
trying to restore Angelus' soul to him.
