Rangers Lead The Way
The U.S. Army has been one of the largest contributors to SODVGRU, in late 2001, General Joe Cabot established Operation: BLACK MAGIC. Black Magic was presented before the United States Special Operations Command, SOCOM and agreed upon. Under the conditions of Black Magic, over a period of time, members of the Special Forces Units of the Army, Navy, and Air Force would participate in training and operating along side of Flash Force Operatives. According to General Cabot, it made no sense at all for our Special Forces to train troops of third world countries, and not be allowed to train members of our own nation. General Cabot brought to the attention of SOCOM the intentions and capabilities of Flash Force, with the single goal of helping Flash Force grow larger and stronger. SOCOM approved General Cabot's wishes and has stationed members of the 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment - Delta, 3rd Special Forces Operational Detachment - Alpha, 75th Battalion Airborne Rangers, and the highly talented members of the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment in a restricted area of Camp Wilson known as Area 13, and they are under the direct command of General Joseph W. Cabot, known also as "Smokin' Joe". Below is a list of the 75th Batallion Rangers Stationed at Area 13
