The NightHunters wolfpack was created as most packs do, a wolf or two with a dream; the dream of a pack family that they could call theirs. The wolf who envisioned the Nighthunters was a female wolf named, Alyth^ "Satsujin" Moonstar-Midnyte. This former Alpha and Beta yearned for a home, a place for her heart and spirit to rest. This wolfess had just left her mate, Vin's, pack, the NorthernLights, to see out a place for herself. Unknowingly, that when she stumbled onto a quaint and cozy clearing, that she would begin a pack she had never seen before. Around April 20, 2006, Alyth had decided to form the NightHunters, where she would turn no wolf away. She didn't have long to wait, for a wolfess by the name of Jynx arrived. Both felt a deep connection, and the wolf was placed as the pack's Beta female. After Jynx's appearance, many other wolves began taking the clearing as their home. The following wolves made up the NightHunter family: Alyth (Alphaess), Jynx (Beta), Gin-Gin (Delta), Vayne (Hunter), Sommer (Hunter), Vidar (Guardian), Whitewinds (Gamma), Riverwind (Gamma), Eaglebird (Scount), Ryu`Kamikaze (Pup), Solarwind (Pup), Starwinds (Pup), Thunderwinds (Pup), Iyomi (Pup), Asura (Pup), Ashen (Pup), Zieg (Assessment), and Smoke`Cloud (Assessment). Unfortunately, towards the end of July, 2005 things took a turn for the worse. Many tragic events occured, and ended in a pack disbandment. Alyth was presumed deceased, and Jynx led the rest of the pack to the NorthernLights....Who knew that the NightHunters would return?
Now - June, 2006
The daughter of Alyth, Shoga, has been through many packs, finding no home for herself. It was while she had an assessmentship in the WolfSpirits, that she had a yearning to revive her mother's final and true home. So, taking leaving of WolfSpirits, Shoga set out with only two failtful wolves: Gin-Gin and a wolf she met named Illumina. It was less then a year ago that the original Nighthunters perished, but Shoga knew she could bring it alive once more. At once, after claiming packlands for her family, a male wolf by the name of Star`Chaser appeared. At the time, Shoga did not know that Star`Chaser was a close friend of her mother's, Alyth. He joined the pack, and is now a dedicated Packmate, and court to Illumina. Things were settling in, when another wolf showed herself; this wolfess was Reika, a familiar to the pack. She took the rank of Guardianess, and is now at home.The Nighthunters was working out better then Shoga could have hoped, and not long after Reika returned, a male wolf by the name of Skah joined the pack, and was made pack Beta.
