--In-Character Rules--

1) Always respect the higher-ranking wolves or you will likely pay a high penalty.

2) If you choose to leave the pack, please inform a current pack member so that they may pass the news to the alpha.

3) The den is a sacred and well-guarded place of the pack. Non-pack members are not permitted within and the pack members are to make sure this law is upheld.

4) Fights within the pack are expected on occasion as with any family, HOWEVER, should outsiders arrive or conflicts with non-members occur, the fighting parties are expected to put their differences aside and work together, supporting and backing each other up

5) Those who leave the pack or are exiled will not be allowed to rejoin the pack without exceptionally good reason (to be decided by the higher ranks) and, if they are accepted, will likely be positioned as Omega until proven worthy.

6) You do have the right to defend yourself, however, role-play it well and realistically. (Pups are not likely to win in a battle against a full-grown wolf. Please realize this.)

7) Wolf pups do not begin to hunt until they are at least a year old.

8) Pups are not allowed to have mates/pre-mates/etc. Wolves do not usually become sexually mature enough to mate until they are at least three years old. This being the case, we want to keep it as real as possible. If you are a pup and want a mate, your character MUST grow up. NO EXCEPTIONS.

9) Remember that you are responsible for your actions and punishments are likely to be given as needed.

10) If you are old enough to have a mate, you -must- ask permisson from the Alphas if you are allowed to court that wolf. You do not just go and say they are your mate. After a Month or two of courting, a Mating Ceremong will be held.

11) RP posts must be at least more then 2 sentences, full of detail and correct grammer.

12) Role-play with everyone, do not only post when a certain wolf is around, as this causes problems. Try and include everyone.

--Out Of Character Laws--

1) Obey the rules set for the channel you are in.

2) Literate role-play is expected! This means that you are descriptive and creative and help those you are role-playing with visualize what you are doing. (That’s not to say you must post three paragraphs. Quality over quantity, people.) This also means an ABSENCE of netspeak, chatspeak, l33t, and all around shortcuts in typing. If you are too lazy to type out the words, you are too lazy to role-play and too lazy to be in this pack! (R and U are letters… not words.)

3) Serious/negative OOC discussions/meetings should be avoided to prevent the possibility of OOC drama, fights, and flames.

4) Only one character can join a pack!

5) ANY character wishing to join the pack MUST be NORMAL with allowances on adaptations given a GOOD background for it! (Meaning no impossible hybrids [wolf X bird for example] nor scientific mutations [metal anywhere in the creature]. If you're not sure if you're character is affected by this, please ask the alpha.)

6) Be respectful to those around you OOCly (This includes being quiet in meetings).

7) You must be present in pack role-plays at least three days per week unless dire circumstances prevent (to be decided by the alpha) or you inform the alpha (or another pack member if the alpha is unable to be contacted) of the absence ahead of time. We don’t want a bunch of inactive pack members.

8) Role-play FAIRLY!

9) Meetings will be held whenever possible for various reasons. You are expected to try your best to attend.

10) Keep vulgarity and profanity to a minimum.

11) Keep rivalries out of the channel. Take it to PM and deal with it. If unable, see an Alpha/Beta and seek help.

12) Remember: The pack is your family, and we should treat each other as such. Both IC and OOCly.
