Trecking Programme in Toraja.
2 Days 1 Night.
Day 1. Leaving Rantepao at 8.30 am you will travel south by private minibus to the village of sangala, Now on foot you will visit the cave burial site of tampangalo and just nearby baby grave, a short walk across the paddy fields lead to Suaya, a royal cliff face burial site.Passing through traditional rural communities and pine forest you now begin to approach to the kandora mountain pass. stopping for a picnic linch at the historical biang house. after lunch begins the climb to the kandorapass with magnificent views of toraja land.From the summit is the first view of kandoralodge. you will arrive at the lodge mid afternoon for refresment. Dinner and overnight at the kandora lodge.
day 2. After breakfast, You will descend into the valley below and follow a different trail. You will visit Potok Teangan where ceremony is held anually to commemorate the legend of the firts arrival of torajans to kandora mountain from the heaven. Now you continue southward to join the mainroad, south of makale 6 km and return by public transport to Rantepao, arriving late afternoon.

Sesean Trecking 3 days / 2 Nights
( Palawa-batutumonga- dende-rantepao)
Day 1. After breakfast We will start our trecking from the traditional village of Palawa where you can see tongkonan and rice barn, passing throught the rice field in terace, lunch in local restaurant while enjoying beautifull panorama of rice field of batutumonga. dinner and stay overnight in traditional house of toraja.
Day 2. After breakfast we will continue our trecking to pangala if we are lucky sometimes we can see funeral ceremony in the village.dinner and overnight in the house of local people.
Day 3. After breakfast we continue again our trecking to dende, where torajanesse seldom see foreigner come to that village, in this village you will see that the culture is still intact, late afternoon to rantepao where you will stay overnight.

Day 1. Leaving Rantepao at 8.00 am you will travel by private mini bus to nanggala traditional village and fruit bat colony. the treck now begin passing through arabica cooffe plantation, small pine forest and rice paddies. Passing through bokin and paniki for the spectaculer view of the torajans landscape. late afternoon you will arrive in the traditional village of buntao for overnight saty in the traditional house of torajanesse. the villager will provide dinner and breakfast.
Day 2. after breakfast we will continue to treck through sangala,
