 ..... Phrae-wa ,  fabric  weaving group is normally made by group of  people who reside by Amphoe Kham  Moung  of Kalasin province  where they  produce  " Phrae-wa " a  famouse silk weaving style.

....Mud-mee weaving style , the raw materials were be used for weaving such as silk or cotton, This woven has been dyeing process by which the silk threads were tied in the desirable  patterns before dyeing.

.....Khid weaving style , the  special technique of weaving by scatching . Weaving  was be used the reel hook to pick up the weft yarn and then insert the shuttle under them from one side to another along the warp yarn direction , local called " khid " . This will result in a variety of designing patterns.

.....Tin-jok weaving style , this weaving style is a technique to do stitching as weaving. The fabric is woven with pre-designed patterns by adding special weft yarns along the width direction of the fabric at designed intervals , by using a wooden reel hook ( a wooden quill ) , for example , to do stitching with silk yarn and cotton yarn combined to make a desirable patterns.

 .....Yok-muk or lai-muk weaving style  , this weaving style is a technique to do emboss printing on the fabrics which was designed  in gem-colored shape favorably. Weaving by using the reel hook to pick up the warp yarns and added the special yarns to design in patterns.

A natural and organic dye for fabrics have been used for dyeing such as the heart of the tree , leaves , bark , frower , skin , fruit , root and etc . A natural dye for fabrics which its made from red cotton tree bark give a pink to orange color , mango bark give a light to pink color , irvingiaceae bark give a yellow color. These are resources of different colors and also a types of vegetable dye formerly were used to give color as well as fragrance to cotton yarn.

About tin-jok products Detail .....Tin-jok , this weaving style has been woven since a long time to centeries in several groups of Siam of the principalities of what is now northern , northeastern and central Thailand. The technique to do stitching , as tin-jok were differently designed each local which were following in the heritage , traditional way , especially whose Thaipuan , Thaiyuan , Phuthai , Renu's Phuthai , Laokrang , Thai-Lao , the ethnic minority groups. In fact , there may be seen in several of designing techniques such as . Thai-Lao gold-silver brocade tin-jok design , Thaipuan and/or Phuthai stripe-patterned was alternated with the slightly wavy-line tin-jok designs [ the slightly wavy-line design , the Northeastern called the aie pattern design or lai-aie which the former design in the small to medium-scale patterns at the bottom edge of mud-mee and khid patterned fabrics favorably. ] , Renu's Phuthai crosswise-line&multicolored tin-jok designs , Laokrang rough mud-mee with tin-jok at the bottom edge designs , Thaiyuan crosswise-line was alternated with the slightly wavy-line tin-jok designs and etc. The names usually called by following the majority of designing patterns such as Thaipuan stripe-patterned tin-jok silk with gleaming gold-etched floral design , Phuthai stripe-patterned tin-jok silk with ta-bung design " was alternated with kha-khe designs " , Uthaithani crosswise-line&multicoloered with kho-kam-duan tin-jok designs [ an asteroid design by alternating at interval with a hook , the old Thai classical design ] and etc.

How we call tin-jok ? Detail .....In several sources of its weaving styles " mud-mee , khid , lai-nam-lai , silk-yok [ brocaded fabric ] which the tin-jok's pattern was being desinged by alternating with the majority patterns on the fabrics favorably such as Laokrang mud-mee with tin-jok at the bottom edge designs , Thai-Lao silver&gold brocade tin-jok[ skirt border ] with ta-leo [cha-leo] design , what is more , in some places called Thai-Lao mud-mee or khid with the large-scale floral designs , Thailue lai-nam-lai-pra-yuk design , Thaisue brocaded mud-mee with the gem-etched " jewel-toned prints" designs , Renu's Phuthai stripe-patterned tin-jok with star-studded foundation-pieced quilt designs and etc. The tin-jok designing pattern which was being alternated , as its might be added with the other shapes in small- to medium-scale designs such as a triangular , rectangular or rhombic in shapes [ any locals called dok jik , dok-jan , dok-phikul , dok-kaeo or diamond designs ] or combination and made a symmetrical structure design as well.

.....Renu Nakhon is located 52 Km. south of Nakhon Phanom province capital. The town is best known for the Phuthai ethernic minority group who still retain their ancient culture , namely in the form of dances and the custom of Bai-Sri-Su-Kwan welcoming ceremony. Many local products including woven cotton/silk are for sale at local shops such as Phuthai mud-mee weaving style , hand-woven fabric.

.....The majority of designing patterns in decorative art on Renu's Phuthai woven fabrics , can be classified according to the animal , plant and material in shapes , designs as a follows

[ 01 ] . Lai-klet-tao [ the shell of the tortoise-shaped design by technigue to do scratching ]
[ 02 ] . Lai-thang [ This pattern which the Laokrang in the central Thailand called the mee-khun or lai-sum design , while among the White Thai [ Uthai Thani ] , it is called the lai-klong muan design.
.....Lai-thang , the general name to call the fabric which the former design in the striped pattern-----> a long thin line of color such as blue-and-white striped shirt . What is more , the name of the striped pattern varies in a local way from place to place as the designs in such an ancient one . As already mentioned , in the North and Northeast , it known as" Lai-thang " design . As its might be designed in horizontal-patterned quilts shown , To creat the design alternately consisting of X ,Y , Z in clusters and following in horizontal direction parallely , somewhat like Lai-khun . However , in some place the stripe-pattern design alternately consisting of the other shapes in the small- to medium-scale and made a symmetrical structure as well . This variation is further evidence of this pattern. The names were called differently each local but they were designed patterns similarly " the X - band florals , Y - band animals and Z - band materials . As its might be designed in the alternate bands of X , Y , and Z as well such as the band-patterned design alternately consisting of tooms [ pendulums ] and dows [ bight stars ] it is called shortly lai-thang . When alternated with other shapes . Its also called lai-thang . for examples ; X = Numbers of floral bands [ none ? ] , Y = Numbers of animal bands , and Z = Numbers of material bands [ such as {Z-1} bright stars , {Z-2} pendulums ] . These words were favor in the mud-mee stories.
[ 03 ] . Lai-toom-mhu [ the group of pendulums , the former design consisting of pendulums in clusters . For examples ; type of materials [ Z-1 ] = 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 more....." . For those alternate blocks of the X , Y , and Z - shaped designs shown . To create the Z - pieced block of pendulums . It also called Lai-toom-moo . Designs , some what like these , it known as from palce to place as well. ]
[ 04 ] . Lai-toom-dieaw [ the one - pieced pendulum design in one point dominantly . As its might be designed the pendulum inside the blank's form " the striking 1 - pieced blocks of pendulum designs " , such as a check , square , rhombic , triangular in shapes ]
[ 05 ] . Lai-toom kha-khe [ the former design alternately consisting of boomerang-shaped khes and the pendulums . The other designs such as the naga with bowlegged design . It is called the nak-kha-khe . While those the askew , awry or crooked naga . Its also called the nak-kha-khe . ]
[ 06 ] . Lai-dow-lek [ the star design in the small-scale shapes . As its might be designed the star inside the blank's form " alternate blocks-->check , square , rhombic , triangular in shapes of X , Y , Z as well " such as the design alternately consiting of large 1 - pieced block of striking stars which 40-block samples and very small 3 -pieced block of dok-jans which 5-block samples " . For example ; [ X ] Type of florals-->dok-jan [ Z-1 ] Type of materials--> star = 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 ...more , Phuthai stripe-patterned tin-jok with stars take center stage and star-studded foundation-pieced quilts shown. [ 07 ] . Lai-mud-mee [ the fabric woven from rough texture mud-mee , a design consisting of X , Y or Z in scatters or in clusters . While those the design alternately consisting of mudmee-patterned and khid-patterned designs in the same piece . It is called Pha mee-khid or Pha khid-mee " , what is the mud-mee with khid patterned fabrics " ]
[ 08 ] . Lai-toom hang-pla [ the fluke , fish's tail -----> the former design alternately consisting of the flukes and pendulums . ]
[ 09 ] . Lai-yai mang-mum [ Design quilts , wearables with the cobweb-look with this-----> boxwork with small-scale shapes inside . The former might be a square , rhombic and triangular in shapes with the X ,Y or Z - shaped inside the blank's form such as alternate blocks of small asterrisks , cloverleaf s, spotty shapes and the 3 to 8-petalled flowers etc. ]
