LICINIUS EGNATIUS throne whilst Casca waited the invading Olmecs. Gallienus
reigned 253-268, initially as the western emperor, then from 260
the whole empire. Murdered by legionnaires in Milan.
Garcia Pirate 76 Overweight Spaniard who joined Casca's escape from the island.
Garrick, James Johnny Reb 223 Brotherhood agent planted in DH Hill's Confederate unit. Gave
away the secret orders to the Union prior to Antietam/Sharpsburg
Gatscombe, Isaac Confederate 75 Confederate private, was part of Casca's unit on the retreat from
Gettysburg.
GELIMER Sentinel 116 Last of the Vandal kings, defeated by Belisarius at Ad Decimum
in which Casca participated. After the fall of Carthage, Gelimer
hid in the wilderness until he surrendered. Taken in chains to
Constantinople, he was allowed to live in 'retirement'.
George Soldier of Fortune 12 Montagnard tribesman whom Casca rescued from Vietnam
before the communists took over. Real name either Ksor Tonn
or Cheo Rawge. Took part in both the Cambodia mission and the
Dzhombe Mission, where he was blown up by a 106mm shell.
Gilbride, Jim Phoenix 138 Special Forces sergeant who 'greeted' Casca and his group
outside the compound.
Givens, Major Confederate 97 Member of 106th Pennsylvania, interrogated by the Colonel
after the Battle of Gettysburg.
Gleeson Soldier of Gideon 1 Irish bar owner in New Zealand. Casca and his friends drank
there before they joined up with the Israeli army.
Glennon, Billy Soldier of Gideon 3 Irishman who joined the Israeli army with Casca. Killed by
bedouins after the war had ended.
Glam Tyrsbjorn Barbarian 29 Germanic warrior who befriended Casca on the banks of the
Rhine after losing a fight with him. Was Casca's right hand man
at Helsfjord. Later tricked into marrying Hemming, he had a
son, Olaf.
GOERING, HERMANN Trench Soldier 134 German aviator who captured Casca and Wothering. Chased
them after the two escaped. Goering (1893-1946) later took
charge of the Richtofen squadron. In 1922 joined the Nazis and
became Luftwaffe leader in 1936. Captured in 1945 by US troops,
he committed suicide in prison.
Goldman, Julius Eternal Mercenary 2 US army Major, surgeon in the 8th Field Hospital in Nha Trang.
First spotted Casca's unusual healing properties and became his
biographer after hearing his story. Often visited by Casca for
updates, he later became a civilian surgeon.
Gomez, Delfino Phoenix 39 US army captain assigned as Casca's team leader in the Phoenix
project against Ho's assassins. First met Casca when he brought
the kill list to the US forces.
GRANT, ULYSSES Halls of Mont, 181 Lieutenant who temporarily took over Casca's unit at Monterrey.
Recommended Casca for promotion to Corporal.
Graves, Alan Desert Mercenary 96 American mercenary who went on the desert mission against
Sunni Ali. Killed at the airstrip ambush.
Gray, Sgt. Henry Confederate 161 Confederate sergeant in Casca's unit, wounded at the Bermuda
Hundred.
Gregory Sentinel 1 Elder of the Brotherhood of the Lamb in Constantinople. Held
high office in the Empire as Comitas and used this to place his
men in high positions. Captured Ireine and Demos, murdering
the child. Hunted by Casca, he was eventually caught and
crucified at the site of the original Brotherhood temple.
GREGORY X Defiant 54 Newly crowned Pope. Casca and Marco attended the audience
prior to setting off east for China. Gregory was elected in 1271
whilst on crusade in Acre but died in early 1276.
Grimes, John African Mercenary 153 South African prospector who gave Casca and his mercs directions
to the Dutch airstrip. Mtuba's NFLK later tortured him to death
for the same information.
Guiseley Johnny Reb 73 Jack Findhorne's butler, showed the Brotherhood members to the
meeting chamber.
Gundar Avenger 34 Blue charioteer who played trick on Casca and was beaten up as a
result. Later left, rumours were for the Greens.
Gundoric Avenger 132 Gothic captive pressed into Casca's unit. Became his bodyguard
and returned with him to Constantinople. Later left after the
plague had passed.
Gwyneth Trench Soldier 16 Welsh villager, a widow. Took in Casca in order to meet the rent
and later became his lover.
