                                                                                  is one of the most famous names from history.  Created an
                                                                                  empire out of the saddle that covered much of central and
                                                                                  eastern Asia.
TEMUR                                 Defiant              188       Son of Chen-Chin.  Played in the imperial chambers whilst
                                                                                  Casca visited them for an audience with Kubilai.  Properly called
                                                                                  Temur Oljeitu, he succeeded Kubilai as Khan of China but was
                                                                                  never accepted by the Mongols as Great Khan.

Thich, Huang Nguyen            Legionnaire         23      Viet Minh intelligence officer.  First encountered Casca at an
                                                                                   ambush.  Later captured and interogated him.  Finally met at
                                                                                   Dien Bien Phu where Thich had a heart attack and died.
Thogor-Pa                             Defiant              183       Mongol courtier, arbitrator to the Khan.  Secretly the head of
                                                                                   the conservative hardline movement opposed to Kubilai.  Was
                                                                                   exposed by Casca and eventually strangled by him after the
                                                                                   death of Ko.

Tian Yuanlong                      Cursed                 90       Chinese interrogator, used the Chinese water torture on Casca
                                                                                   to reveal his plans.  Afterwards he became one of Casca's
                                                                                   advisors.
TIBERIUS                          Eternal Mercenary  84       Roman emperor 14-37AD.  Casca remembers serving under him
                                                                                   in Gaul.  Tiberius' reign became one of terror from AD31 when
                                                                                   Sejanus, the Praetorian Praefect, was murdered.  Tiberius
                                                                                   lived on Capri from AD26 until his death.
Tigelanius (1)                     Eternal Mercenary  50       Garrison commander in Jerusalem.  Sentenced Casca to slavery
                                                                                    for the murder of Sporus.
Tigelanius (2)                     Eternal Mercenary 200       Roman praetorian, commander of the palace guard under Nero.

Timoteus                               Sentinel              127      Secretary to Gregory the Eunuch.  Was killed by Casca in his

                                                                                    route from Veracruz to the Aztec capital.  Tletzin and his
                                                                                    nephew Xacomico tried to stop Casca following them.
Tobutan                              African Mercenary 174      Sergeant of the NFLK under Mtuba, accompanied him to the
                                                                                    Zambesi to stop Casca crossing it, but in the struggle Tobutan
                                                                                    surrendered and was therefore shot by Mtuba.

                                                                                   Died of plague.
TORQUEMADA, TOMAS       Conquistador          1     First Inquisitor-General of Spain, interrogated Casca in the
                                                                                   dungeons of Seville.  Torquemada (1420-1498) became head of
                                                                                   the newly founded inquisition in 1483, and was a major player
                                                                                   in the expulsion of the Jews from Spain in 1492.
Totzin                                     God of Death       127    Teotec priest of the jaguar faction, opposed Casca's role as the
                                                                                   Quetza and allied himself with the Olmecs.  Captured Metah
                                                                                   and fatally wounded her before being eaten by a jaguar as he
                                                                                   tried to flee.

Troung, Dai Uy                        Phoenix                 5     Viet Cong captain and aide to Ho.  Casca cut off his left hand
                                                                                    to acquire a briefcase full of secret documents.  When Troung
                                                                                    went to kill Casca, he was captured, tortured and put to death.
Tsin-Tai                                   Warlord              81      Chinese secretary to the Kushanite king Kidara III.  Host to
                                                                                    Casca during his stay in the capital and provided him with a
                                                                                    map and papers to get to China.
TUEDILI                                  Conquistador      62      Chief of the Aztec region of Cotstala, greeted Cortes, Casca
                                                                                    and the Spanish on their arrival.
TYLER, DANIEL                      Johnny Reb        87      Union general, attacked against orders at 1st Bull Run.
Tzin                                          Warlord            122     Emperor of Western Ch'in.  Met Casca in his garden at his
                                                                                    palace and became a good friend.  Appointed him Baron of
                                                                                   Chung Wei, later to his imperial guard.
