| As humans there are a few things we all want, to love and to be loved is one of these things. Throughout time love spells and other spells relating to romance have been used. In modern witchcraft there are new laws and rules like the Rule of Three and other warnings against casting spells that manipulate another person. Our ancestors in the craft would scoff at such warnings. Manipulative magick, ecspecially that pretaining to love, has been around and used widely for ages. (Although this does not necessarily make it right.) Love spells have been used for generations. Spells to find love, to attract the lover we want, or simply to find out a little more about our future lover are as old as time itself. Here is my section on love. Like most modern practioners, I see love spells as a tricky business. Those that are manipulative, can be used however they are VERY difficult and not reccomended for anything but a very experinced practioner.
