Deities and their Domains The following is the statistics for each deity, domain selection, and name/title and relevant domains of each deity and their servants. Each deitys favored weapon is given as a bonus class feat to the character so they may always use their deitys favored weapon. Priests are not required to choose the alignment domain powers for their deity, but they must choose from the listed followers regardless for their remaining domain choices. Duhran (Dooh-ran) Alignment: Neutral Good Title: The Great Benefactor Domain Granted: Good Favored Weapon: Longsword Avatars: Healing Heron, The Great Healer War Kartahk, the Just Warrior Life Ystera, Giver of Life Strength Guldan, The Strength Giver Praetius (Pray-Tee-us) Alignment: Lawful Neutral Title: The Immovable God Domain Granted: Law Favored Weapon: War hammer Ambassadors: Magic Ophrus, Advocate of the Weave Protection Jull, Protector of All Knowledge Julianne, Lady of Truth Sheidlak (Shade-Lack) Alignment: Neutral Title: Mother of the Balance Domain Granted: The Balance Favored Weapon: Sickle Keepers: Nature Shillan, Sister of Nature Animal Vera, The Great Caretaker Knowledge Pilos, Seeker of Knowledge Plant Illdur, Grower of Life Sun Shundrak, Bringer of Light Travel Exlimus, Master of the Journey Ramdure Alignment: Neutral Evil Title: The Dark Lord Domain Granted: Evil Favored Weapon: Scythe Princes: Death Nebuuk, Stealer of Souls Destruction Zuun, Mistress of Destruction War Marlak, the Scoundrel Hate Killrath, the Love Slayer Karrak Alignment: Chaotic Neutral Title: Master of Change Domain Granted: Chaos Favored Weapon: Spiked Chain Lords: Trickery Luthor, The Deceitful Luck Tessra, Mistress of Chance Elemental Domains Those that worship no deity, while doomed to wander the ether for all time upon their deaths, derive their priestly magic from the elemental planes that were used in the creation of the world. Those that follow this sort of faith acknowledge the gods, but prefer to seek their power from the same place that they theorize the gods to receive their power (to which there is likely a measure of truth). These priests may only choose two of the four domains (Earth, Air, Fire, and/or Water). Non deity specific clerics receive the added benefit of choosing any single weapon as their favored weapon (thus gaining the proficiency in that weapon only), though they should be able to describe to the DM how the weapon relates to their choice of domains. Domain: The Balance Deities: Sheidlak Granted Power: Discern Lies, 1/day Domain Spells: 1st Sanctuary 2nd Calm Emotions 3rd Dispel Magic 4th Divination 5th True Seeing 6th Quest 7th Repulsion 8th Discern Location 9th Miracle Domain: Hate Deities: Ramdure Granted Power: Touch of Hate, 1/day Domain Spells: 1st Lingering Hatred (new) 2nd Wave of Hatred (new) 3rd Blade of Perdition (new) 4th Hateful Might (new) 5th Killing Stare (new) 6th Quest 7th Blasphemy 8th Aura of Hatred (new) 9th Spread of Hatred (new) Touch of Hate: The touch of hate instills intense hatred in any single target he touches. This hatred is directed at all but those with whom the target is most familiar. All reactions from that NPC will be the worst possible for the situation (possibly resulting in attack, or other actions). The duration is one minute for each level of the priest invoking the power. The subject may roll a willpower saving throw DC 10 + the clerics charisma modifier to ignore the effect. Domain: Life Deities: Sheidlak Granted Power: Life Touch 1/day Domain Spells: 1st Remove Fear 2nd Aid 3rd Negate Undead (new) 4th Death Ward 5th Raise Dead 6th Summon Natures Ally VI 7th Resurrection 8th Summon Natures Ally VII 9th True Resurrection Life Touch: The priest may use this ability to possibly heal a comrade completely. Roll 1d6 for each level of the priest. If the total rolled is more than the amount of damage the target has received, then the target is fully healed, otherwise there is no effect and the use is wasted. |
