Point 1
  a Both students bow to each other.  
  b Both students move into left fighting stances.
  c The attacker steps in and throws a right seiken punch.
The defender steps back and throws a right chudan uke.
  d The attacker steps in and throws a left seiken punch.
The defender steps back in, throws a left chudan uke and a right seiken punch to the attacker's ribs.
  e Both slide back into post position.

Point 2
  a The attacker throws a left seiken punch middle.
The defender throws a left chudan uke.
  a The attacker moves into a right fighting stance, the defender into a left stance.
  b The attacker steps in and throws a left seiken punch.
The defender steps back to a right stance and throws a right chudan uke.
  c The attacker steps in and throws a right seiken punch low.
The defender steps back, throws a left gedan uke and a seiken punch to the attacker's solar-plexus.
  d Both slide back into post position.

Point 3
  a The attacker moves to a right stance, the defender to a left stance.
  b The attacker throws throws a left seiken punch.
The defender steps back to a right stance and throws a right palm-heel block.
  c The attacker steps in and throws a right seiken punch.
The defender steps back and off to the left, throws a right chudan uke and a right shomen geri to the attacker's hip.
  d Both slide back into post position.

Point 4
  a Both students move to left fighting stance.
  b The attacker throws a right sakuto geri to the defender's mid-section.
The defender slides back and absorbs the kick with the left arm. The right hand is positioned above the elbow so the kick doesn't slide up the arm.
  c The attacker throws a left mawashi geri kick.
The defender steps back and blocks with a right crane-block.
  d The attacker steps in and throws a right shuto to the defender's head.
The defender steps back and throws a left jodan uke, and then steps in and throws a right empei to the attacker's ribs and a right uraken to the upper lip.
  e Both slide back into post position.

Point 5
  a Both students move to left fighting stances.
  b The attacker slides forward and throws a right seiken punch.
The defender slides back and throws a left chudan uke.
  c The attacker throws a right shomen geri.
The defender slides back and throws a left gedan uke.
  d The attacker throws a left mawashi geri.
The defender slides back and blocks with a left Uechi-block.
  e The attacker throws a right mawashi geri.
The defender steps back, blocks with a right Uechi-block, throws the attacker's foot across the body. The defender then steps in and grabs the attacker's right shoulder with the left hand, pulling the attacker down and throws a right shoken punch to the back of the attacker's head.
  f Both slide back into post position.
  g Both students bow to each other.
