Impacts

Sexual abuse impacts every aspect of your life.  This, at least for me, was one of the most difficult areas to come to grips with or recognize.  I always felt that because I looked good on paper (good grades, great resume, community involvement, good credit, etc) that it was not impacting me and I was fine so didn't need any help.  I was miserable. Here I would like to discuss some of the areas in my life, obvious and not so obvious, that have been impacted by sexual abuse and sexual assault.  I hope that others may see themselves or understand the people they love a bit more.  As with all other areas of this page, your experiences and ideas are welcome.  Please feel free to e-mail me.
