Lake Inhabitants
The lake has several inhabitants within its waters which it keeps safe from harm.  The soft waters seem to go on forever, making the lake so large that one would take a whole day just to swim across.  Only a section of the lake is shown in the picture above.  Within the waves there are many beautiful creatures that swim within the coral and seaweed.  Though it is a lake it is given its water by the ocean, hence why so many ocean, freshwater breathers can survive here.

The lake will appear like glass just before sunset and sunrise due to the fact that most of the creatures appreciate such beauty within the waters.  Otherwise the waters are rarely like glass.  It is a fight for survival much like the forest though that is the balance of things.  Though it is not nearly as dangerous as the swamps.  Below there are two categories.  Within the first there will be supernatural beings of the waters.  Each picture will take you to a new site which will explain everything about the creature as well as those who wanted to play them.  The second gallery is of non-magical creatures, ones who came naturally of their own free will but cannot survive on powers alone.

Animal Life
Near the top of the lake at the west end the water is unusually warm, almost tropically warm, hence why so many of the tropical fish thrive there.  Millions of colors and shapes.  A Black Ghost is the fish in the picture above.
The only shark which can live in freshwater is the bull shark.  The bull shark is a very dangerous man eater, it can swim in shallow waters unlike most of its cousins, which is why it is known for its attacks on people.  The movie Jaws was actually based off of a true story which happened in the 1930's.  Only it wasn't a great white, rather it was a bull shark, which had never been captured.
Eels slither through the waters much like the local water snakes, except for the giant eels.  The giant eels can get up to twelve feet in length and prefer the dark cold waters near the bottom of the lake.
