To escape his welcomes, Nemesis turned into various animals. Zeus transformed into a beutiful swan and had Aphrodite turn into Aquila the Eagle. Aphrodite pretended to be attacking the beutiful swan, when Nemesis rescued Zeus. From this courtship, Nemesis produced an egg. This egg was given to Queen Leda of Sparta. When the egg hatched, the beautiful Helen emerged. Helen later became to be known as the Helen of Troy. |
