The television series Quantum Leap ended in an abrupt episode just after Sam changes history and reunited his holographic pal Al with his wife. If you believe picks up where the series left off. Sam's change did more than reunite an estranged couple. There's a new doctor on board at the project. One who wants to explore wild posibilities. Why is it that Sam seems not to age as he leaps through time? What have they overlooked in the retrieval program? Meanwhile Donna, Sam's wife who once swore her eternal devotion to him and his work is fed up of these theories of perpetual youth and her husband's potential return home. She is growing bitter at being left alone and forgotten by the man she feels she's given so much up for. Will this new doctor bring Sam home? How much will the people he knew have changed by the time he gets there? The answers depend upon what and if you believe....
