(also known as 'Men Arguing Over the Size of Recent Electricity Bill')
Incidentally, these men have either run off in the night or somebody's nicked them cos the podium has been empty since Summer 2003 - if you know of their whereabouts please contact Birmingham City Council.
My man - an unnamed man made of bronze on the steps outside the Main Library
(walk past him every day and say "Hi, mate" - makes me look a complete idiot but I have to do it!)
