Banana and Cinnamon Cake

Firstly, you'll need your oven set at about 180C, a little less for fan-ovens.

Mix together, in a big-ish bowl,
175g (6oz) Self-raising flour
150g (5oz) Caster sugar
2 level tsp Cinnamon
1/2 level tsp Bicarbonate of soda

Mix together, in a slightly smaller bowl
2 large Bananas
60g (2oz) Butter
1 egg

Pour the 2nd bowl into the 1st and put in a little bit of milk if you need it, I usually bake it for about 40 mins, untill it's nice and brown on the
top, then i put treacle (golden syrup) on the top of the cake while it's still hot, but you don't have to do this!
