 Creative Writing Group
This group has decided to keep the format 
informal to explore whatever style a member 
wishes, be it poetry, fiction, essay, short story etc.

They also experiment with different styles at their meetings. 
For some sessions they select a topic or theme and 
have everyone produce something for the next meeting. 

At other times they will leave it open to each member 
to produce whatever they wish. 
They will also consider sessions where they each write 
something during the session and discuss it collectively. 

For their January meeting, they each produced 
a short essay (500 words or less) 
on their impressions, as newcomers, 
on moving to Wolfville and area. 

The consensus of the group was that the 
collective objectives were to encourage members to write 
on a regular basis and also, to give them the opportunity 
to interact with other writers and to provide each other 
with constructive criticism, thus improving their writing abilities.
