Influence Inc 2000
I wrote this report on annual lobbying activities in Washington as part of my job with the Center for Responsive Politics. It is mostly an analysis of spending patterns and lobbying practices. Due to data delays, the 2000 report was actually written in 2001 based on 1999 data.

I co-wrote this article on how Uzbekistan has shifted from an ideology-based to an interest-based foreign policy. It is partially based on a paper I presented at the Harvard Central Asia Workshop.
